Welcome to Shawnee Trace! For over 30 years our neighborhood has been an attractive and popular residential area in Perrysburg, close to shopping, schools, restaurants and entertainment.
The Shawnee Trace Homeowners Association is administered by a Board of Directors nominated from current homeowners and elected by the HOA membership. The mission of the HOA is to maintain the subdivision as an attractive and pleasant neighborhood to benefit current and future owners. It affords purchaser protection in the use and occupancy of properties and provides a uniform plan for the improvement, development, and occupancy of the subdivision, thereby maintaining property values.
Oversight of the deed restrictions is the purview of the Architectural Control Committee. All homeowners are bound by these restrictions and the decisions of the ACC and HOA Board by virtue of purchasing property in the Shawnee Trace Subdivision. The annual dues are $50.00. The HOA sends out an annual newsletter that contains the financial report. The annual meeting date and other important information is included. Additional information during the year will be posted on the website under News and Events.
The annual meeting is held to provide an opportunity for members to hear about the activities of the HOA Board and to voice any concerns. At any time you can contact the Architectural Control Committee or the Board at shawneetracehoa@systemfoundry.com.
